The Dataset Generator builds a bridge for mobile developers and machine learning engineers by creating datasets programmatically - a process also known as synthetic data generation. We’re committed to helping developers solve this problem, and we believe that the Fritz AI Dataset Generator is an important first step in this process. The costs of data acquisition (both in terms of money and time) are prohibitive, and they keep many from even starting their projects. This is mobile machine learning’s cold start problem. Despite advances in neural network architectures and their optimizations for mobile deployment, there often isn’t enough available high-quality data on which to train those models.
